A dynamic senior HR professional in the People and Human Resource Management arena, with a proven track record in the design, development and implementation of strategic solutions.

Main areas of expertise include People Strategies, Organisation Change, and Talent Management at all levels .

She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and is qualified in the use of a range of assessment/ development tools including SHL and Facet5.  She is also an executive mentor, a career coach.

Karen is a Trustee on the Board of International Seafarers Welfare Assistance Network (ISWAN), is a Chair in the Diversity in Maritime Taskforce; a member of the Maritime Careers Taskforce and a Commissioner on the Maritime Skills Commission (MSC).

A portfolio of roles include global roles with AET and Spinnaker Global; as a business owner supported a wide ranging SME and Education client base. In the banking and finance industry she specialised in major change, mergers, acquisitions, integrations, restructures and consolidations.
